Comunicado Oficial LibertàGià: Manutenção do sistema de “TASKS”

Caros membros,

Visando sempre a qualidade e excelência de nossos serviços e produtos, temos vindo a fazer algumas mudanças no sistema informático da LibertàGià. Por esse motivo, nos últimos dias os afiliados têm vindo a notar algumas instabilidades e manutenções no Backoffice da empresa.

Para solucionar as instabilidade nas tarefas, o sistema de realização das TASKS entrará em manutenção e permanecerá inacessível a partir da meia-noite de hoje (13/03 - horário de Lisboa) até às 18h de segunda-feira (17/03), quando voltará completamente acessível e disponível para o início da realização das tarefas.

IMPORTANTE:

- Apesar de muitos afiliados terem conseguido realizar as tarefas nos últimos dias, foi deliberado pela direção da empresa que o pagamento das tarefas referentes as últimas duas semana será feito em conjunto com o da semana seguinte (17 a 23/03), para não prejudicar aqueles que não conseguiram realizar suas tarefas. Os pagamento será feito no momento que o valor entrar no balance - não no momento de execução da tarefa.

Lembramos que: estes valores nunca ultrapassarão o limite máximo de pagamento definido para cada Box da LibertàGià, portanto, não receberá mais do que o limite, mesmo que realize mais tarefas ou mais dias.

- O sistemas de realização de tarefas continuará exatamente o mesmo. Esta manutenção será apenas para melhorias de capacidade e infraestrutura deste sistema.

- O Backoffice continuará disponível e operacional para as demais funções, como registros, consulta de informações e outros. A manutenção será APENAS na aba TASKS.

Nossa equipe de comunicação e suporte têm recebido queixas e teorias, muitas infundadas, sobre as instabilidades. Portanto, informamos oficialmente que estas manutenções são necessárias devido a mudanças no sistema e na infraestrutura, para que fosse possível suportar a carga provida pelo grande número de afiliados da empresa e pela consequente quantidades de dados gerados nas operações.

A LibertàGià continua trabalhando normalmente, como sempre trabalhou desde sua inauguração.

LibertàGià Official Statement: "Tasks" maintenance in the system 

Dear members, 

We are always looking for the quality and excellence of our services and products, so we have been making some changes in the server of LibertàGià. For this reason, in recent days, members could have noticed some instabilities and maintenance works in the Backoffice of the company. 

To overcome the instability of the tasks, the tasks system will undergone maintenance works and stay inaccessible from midnight tonight (13/03 - Time of Lisbon) until 18pm on Monday (17/03), when it will be fully accessible and available for carrying the tasks out.

IMPORTANT:

- Although many members have been able to perform the tasks in the last days, the company has decided that the payment of the tasks of the last two weeks, will be done together with the payment of the next week (17 to 23/03), in order to not harm those who could not perform their tasks. The payment will be done at the moment the value is available in your balance - not at the time of task execution. 

We remind you: these values ​​will not exceed the maximum limit of payment envisaged for each Box of LibertàGià therefore, no one will receive beyond the limit, even if they have carried more tasks out or during more days.

- The system for carrying the tasks out remain exactly the same. Maintenance work has been done to improve the infrastructure and capacity of the system. 

- The Backoffice will still be available and operating for other functions, such registrations, information inquiries and others. The maintenance will be done ONLY in the TASKS tab.

Our communication and support teams have received complaints and heard theories, many unfounded, regarding the instabilities. So we officially inform that the maintenance was required in order to apply changes in the system and infrastructure, so that both could support the load produced by the large number of affiliates of the company and the consequent amounts of data generated due to their operations.

LibertàGià continues to work as usual, as it has always worked since it was inaugurated.
